The consultation with the director was good. The diagnosis was accurate, and my needs were properly understood. They shaped the line beautifully too. There was nothing uncomfortable during the consultation, and since I’m older I did feel a little embarrassed going in, but they guided me kindly so I wouldn’t feel that way.
