I came up from outside the city just for the consultation, but the doctor who consulted me looked tired and didn't even properly look at the wound, only kept saying to do UltraPulse. I didn't get the impression that they were paying any attention to me. UltraPulse laser does have the advantage of being cheaper here than at some other places I consulted, but because the impression during the consultation was so poor, I'm planning to consult elsewhere.
