This was honestly the worst place, and I never want to go back I was supposed to have sedation, but there was no explanation for the fasting instructions or the sedation at all. I just went there and fasted on my own. Even so, I thought that if the surgery went well, it would be fine.. but thinking about it again makes me so angry. I paid the deposit and the remaining balance, but after taking photos, I didn't even change clothes and waited 40 minutes at the front desk. I got annoyed and was about to cancel, and then they said they'd let me meet the director now. I'm not someone who gets angry easily, and I usually just wait, but when I heard another patient ahead of me getting irritated, I thought it's not the operating room staff's fault. It must be the manager's fault for not organizing the schedule. But after waiting more than 40 minutes, I understood. For reference, this was after taking photos and paying everything, then waiting 40 minutes. Including the scheduled time, it took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The staff were all cheerfully chatting among themselves about buying coffee and all that, right in front of the patients.. In the promotional video, they kept talking about how sexy the director is.. I laughed it off, but it felt like they were getting carried away a bit? Rapport with patients is important, but I wish they were sincere in their consultations and had more professional staff than just marketing. There was no explanation for people getting sedation, and on the day of surgery they just told me to pay an extra sedation fee. I was stunned.
