Review

While consulting with the manager, they explained things very thoroughly. But it seemed like I had to speak up separately if I wanted to see the director. They seemed like they were only going to finish after the consultation with the manager, so I asked whether there wouldn’t be a consultation with the director, and only then did I get to briefly meet and consult with them before the surgery. They looked too busy, and that part wasn’t great.
