I bought a package through an event and had the procedure done, and they handled it very carefully and well. The director is kind and good, but unless it's an event price, the cost is so burdensome that I don't really go there often. The staff in the treatment room are average. If I had to say one thing, I wish they paid a little more attention to hygiene.
