I had double eyelid surgery here about 5 years ago, and it really became the best double eyelid surgery of my life. There isn't any manager consultation here; the system is that you go straight to the doctor for consultation. During surgery, it was local anesthesia, and they made the whole thing comfortable. It was an incisional procedure, and I left the line design itself to the doctor, so they really made it fit my eyes well. It felt like they also did a bit of epicanthoplasty. The hospital isn't exactly modern, but since the surgery turned out well, that probably doesn't matter. Even now, nothing has loosened and the line is still pretty and well-maintained.
