I found this place through a YouTuber's eyebrow lift video. I felt the price wasn't cheap, but I did get the effect of eyes that looked clearly more open and alert. There is a scar at the front part of the eyebrow, but they never said it would leave no scar at all during the consultation. They mainly told patients they usually end up getting eyebrow tattooing later, but for me it's not very noticeable when I wear makeup, so I'm just living with it.
