I had double eyelid surgery about 15 years ago. Both sides ended up a bit sausage-like, and there was mucosal eversion. The inner corner was opened too much, so the lacrimal caruncles were fully visible and the inner corners became too sharp, making my face look harsh. A friend who had it done here at the same time as me had eyes very similar to mine... It's okay enough to cover with makeup, and I'm living with it because I'm too lazy to get a revision surgery.
