After my nose revision surgery, some plastic came out, so I went back for A/S. In the end, I'm looking into nose surgery again. I'm not sure they really have outstanding aesthetic sense. The first surgery wasn't bad, but after the A/S they tucked the columella in too far, so my philtrum got longer.
