I was refused surgery, but the doctor was not exaggerated and was cautious. He simply does not accept risky or uncertain cases at all. People looking to remove foreign substances think of this place as a last resort, but here they won't do surgery if they can't be confident about the aesthetic result after surgery or if they think it's even slightly unnecessary.
