It's been a very long time since I had the surgery. The doctor probably wouldn't even remember me. Sometime between 2013 and 2014, while I was serving in the military, during my private first class or corporal regular leave, my mother was recommended this place by the daughter of a barbecue restaurant next door. She said her daughter got double eyelid surgery at this hospital and it turned out well, so I ended up getting eye correction there too while I was on leave by chance. At the time, I wasn't very interested in cosmetic surgery, but since my mother said she'd pay for it for free, and I thought it might make me look better, I went for it. I had no say, and the consultation with the doctor was conducted only according to my mother's opinion. My mother's request was: make the line as narrow as possible and do the eye correction so it doesn't look obvious. I don't remember whether the doctor said it would be difficult or not, but in any case, the surgery was carried out as he said. In the end, there was zero difference before and after the surgery, and I remember the first operation ended with only a scar left on my eye and a full refund. That was the start of the four additional revision surgeries that followed. I remember the doctor and the staff being kind, but I had doubts about the doctor just going along with my mother's unreasonable request. Still, since I didn't express any opinion myself, I just live with it as my own fault.
