The doctor was kind and explained things well during the procedure. They also checked everything was genuine and gave me the label when it was over. The person doing the consultation was kind too, but they kept pushing Thermage 300 shots, saying they wouldn't do the forehead, that the effect would be weaker, and that I would probably need 600 shots, which annoyed me. Turns out, even 300 shots would cover the forehead area above the eyebrows if I asked for it.
