The consultation manager does most of the consultation, and the director just says after the manager's consultation, 'Then I'll do ~~,' and that's the end. They do not separately say beforehand how the line will be done. They tend to make the line high, so if that kind of flashy eye suits you, it might be okay. I went here because a friend I know got good results here.
