The director was kind and answered my questions kindly as well. Before the procedure, they marked the sunken area on my cheek and did the design first, which I really liked. They took a long time for the procedure and did it meticulously. It didn't feel like a factory, but more like they were taking care of each person carefully, so I was satisfied.
