I got Botox for the first time, and since I had a lot more jaw muscle than I expected and was also feeling pain, they recommended increasing the dose so it would have both therapeutic and cosmetic effects, so I got the higher dose. Right after the injection, both cheeks swelled up a little, like after getting a wisdom tooth removed, but as it gradually went down, the contour became nicely defined! The problem was that the swelling seemed to go down unevenly on both sides, so I was nervous in the middle, but after some time I realized the swelling had just gone down at different speeds. I combined it with dieting, and later it seemed like my cheeks had become a little hollow... But I don't know if that was solely because of the Botox... Anyway, I'm very satisfied with the treatment, and next time I plan to get it again without increasing the dose!
