I had a consultation with the chief director. First, at other places they pointed out flaws in my face and said I needed surgery, but here the director started by praising me, saying I had pretty eyes, which I liked. And they looked at not only my eyes but also my overall facial asymmetry and even my bite, which was surprising. They mentioned incision plus buried suture, and recommended incision more strongly among those... I wanted buried suture more, so I'm still debating. The director later mentioned fat grafting to the chin and two-jaw surgery, which surprised me, but then said to think about all of that later and do whatever procedure or surgery in a way that balances the face, which seemed right.
