I had a consultation this time and it felt really good. The doctor was kind and explained things in an interesting way haha. For me, he said I didn't need inner corner surgery and only recommended eye-opening correction. It didn't feel like they were forcing surgery at all, and I think it's a really good plastic surgery clinic.
