First of all, the fact that I could make a same-day appointment was good, and the waiting time seems to have gotten much shorter than before, so that was fine. After the location changed, moving between floors became a bit inconvenient. The consultation space isn’t very private either. Still, the people doing the consultations aren’t unfriendly. They do make some recommendations, but not to an excessive degree. I’ve had times when I was satisfied after receiving treatment. But maybe it’s because of the atmosphere, I don’t really feel much professionalism. The doctors are mostly not unfriendly, but more like they just do what they need to do and leave. The satisfaction with the procedures is not always bad, and overall it was just okay.
