This is really a factory-style place in the truest sense. I went for laser hair removal a year ago, and the wait time was always at least 30 minutes to almost an hour, so I didn't even use up all the hair removal sessions I paid for and haven't gone back. There was a time when I had an appointment 1 hour and 30 minutes later and had to go, but they made me wait an hour, then I was lying on the bed waiting for over 10 minutes and the doctor never came, so I canceled and left. The hair removal effect was just so-so. I was so frustrated, but I stopped going. Since I didn't get many sessions, the hair removal effect is gone now.
