I visited after seeing an ad in the app and booking a procedure. The front desk staff responded kindly, and after waiting I went in for a consultation, but they said the price I had seen was the weakest level and would have almost no effect, and tried to push me into paying for a more expensive level. Every part of the interaction felt unfriendly and bad. Still, I held firm and got the low level one. Before the procedure, they applied the numbing cream carefully, and the female doctor performed it, giving kind and detailed explanations and following the scheduled time. I was left with a lot of bruising, but I’m not sure about the effect.. I guess I understand since it was a low level and they explained that to me. They advertised a procedure level they already knew would have no effect, and the attitude of the counseling manager was not good. The doctor and the front desk staff were all kind, and the interior was clean and nice, and everything else was good. If I had gotten a higher level, the effect probably would have been better too.
