I had a consultation for double eyelid revision surgery. The doctor said if makeup could solve it, then don't do the surgery. In the end I declined, but he was extremely kind, and according to the reviews from people around me, the surgeries that turned out well were very good. Since it's an old hospital, I think they're good at what they do
