Among the hospitals I’ve been to, this was one of the kindest, and the consultation time was long too! It was my first surgery, so I went in not really knowing much, so I’m not sure whether it was overtreatment or not. Still, they explained things kindly and clearly, which built trust. I’m thinking of having the surgery in about two months, so I didn’t make a reservation, but I think I’ll seriously consider it.
