The doctor seemed like he just didn't want to do it. I had about a year of obesity treatment there, and when I got skin-related treatment, unlike other places, without even asking in advance where I was most concerned, he just started doing Fraxel treatment. Ah, even during the consultation before that he looked so bothered and tired. I think others would feel the same. Far from being kind, I screamed that it felt like I was dying from the pain and said, just a moment, but the doctor said nothing and treated my whole face. Then he just moved on to the next patient. I never went back after that.
