Their tone isn’t very soft, but they listen carefully and perform the procedure carefully too. I went in to remove a pimple-like scar, and they said the root was deep so it would probably take several sessions! The downside is the wait is long. Every visit takes over an hour because they have to apply anesthetic cream and wait.
