Kind and professional consultation. Good surgical results. Friendly front desk. It's a little disappointing that there isn't a one-day hospitalization service... maybe because it was my first surgery, it was so hard. Still, I'm reasonably satisfied with the result. I did want the biggest breasts possible, but I do regret not being a little less greedy. The director and the front desk were all kind, but after the surgery the doctor got angry, asking why I was talking without looking at people in the eye, and other than that one really tense moment, it was fine. Plastic surgeons are service professionals too, but he doesn't seem to realize that lol
