I had a mole removed here and ended up with a scar. Before the procedure, they said this mole would look white after treatment, but if I had known it would turn out like this, I don’t think I would have had the procedure. Communication was not handled properly and they were unfriendly. They were asking me questions while doing the procedure, but laser removal is extremely painful, right? We weren’t communicating properly, and then they just disappeared afterward. If they were asking while the skin was already being burned off, then even with good communication, the scar would have been the same. They dug into the mole all the way to the root with the laser. I think they were trying to remove it all at once, but after the procedure it looked like they had gouged out the skin completely, which was shocking.
