I had nose tip reduction a long time ago, and the line is really natural. Nobody else seems to notice it, but it’s a change only I know about..? They shaped it harmoniously, I think. If reduction is done strangely, it can get pinched or look awkward, but they recommended reducing the alar width too while calculating the horizontal width, so I hesitated at first, but I’m glad I did it. The doctor gives passionate consultations.
