I am now past day 7, and if the goal is the front cheek area or hollow cheeks, fat grafting seems effective. I had almost no fat above or below my cheekbones, so facial line correction was my main goal, but it seems that for the facial line the engraftment rate is lower than for the cheeks, so I will have to think about whether to do a second round.
