The waiting time is a little long. The staff aren't that friendly either. It feels like they just want to rush everyone through and get it over with. People keep coming nonstop. I was only getting laser hair removal, but my chin was bothering me so much that after talking with the consultation manager, I got square-jaw Botox. I can't really tell if it worked. I kind of feel like maybe it's a little different, but I think it's just in my head. I haven't been to another clinic, so I don't know whether this price is expensive or cheap, but I don't think I'd go back just to get it done again. The director was kind, unlike the staff.
