I went because it was the cheapest place among the ones that use GentleMax for my husband's beard laser hair removal. 10 sessions for 500,000 won, VAT excluded. But I went along and ended up getting it too. They said women don't really need to pay extra for GentleMax, so I got five sessions of full-face hair removal with Apogee. (250,000 won before VAT) The consultant clearly told me which procedures to recommend and not recommend, which made it feel honest and I liked that. I heard they remodeled or something once, so maybe because of that, the men's and women's waiting rooms are now separate, unlike what the comments said. Still, the wait is a bit long... They originally said they wouldn't do hairline cleanup, but when we were about to start, the female doctor said that if we're doing it anyway, we should do this area too so it looks nice, and she directly shaved and cleaned up my hairline too!! I'm very satisfied for now! But I don't know what happened with the staff. All of them have bad facial expressions. It's not a place where you can ask questions comfortably or chat with a smile; it feels like you have to watch your step. They don't seem to have a service mindset. Anyway, for women's facial hair removal, about 3 sessions is usually enough, but this is only my first session, so I'll come back after the third session and update my review.
