It takes less than five minutes to get an anti-inflammatory injection. I'm not sure about the kindness level, but the effect is good. When I get it, it goes away quickly, and if needed they also extract that area. The only thing I don't like is that I'm not sure how clean it is? It feels like they might be wiping the treatment area with cotton, and that's the only part I don't like.
