I went for a consultation for revision eye surgery. People may feel differently, but from my perspective the consultation manager felt a bit too much, to the point that I thought, 'Is she a doctor?' Anyway, I think the surgical method is something that should be discussed with the doctor... Still, they did explain the surgery well, and maybe because they were especially proud of the chief doctor, the consultation manager's excessive praise for the chief doctor actually made me feel more negative toward the clinic's image. I tried to think maybe that's because I had chosen and gone there, and that they were saying those things to show confidence, but overall the consultation manager felt kind yet a little excessive to me. And there was no consultation fee, but there was pressure to book on the same day. The constant push also felt burdensome since I had only just started my consultations. (This was my very first clinic visit.) I still have other clinics booked for consultations, so I'll go to those too and compare, but I went because of my eyes and they recommended a forehead lift. They did explain their reasons to some extent, but... the cost was far beyond the budget I had in mind, so I don't think Grida will make it onto my list of options.
