I had surgery with Director Seo Beom-sin. From the consultation onward, he was objective about what could be done and what could not, which built trust, and he explained everything kindly and clearly so I felt comfortable. The facility itself is not as well equipped as other large hospitals, but all the staff and the managers were kind and took good care of me, which I appreciated. The aftercare also seems to be well organized, with laser, massage, and so on. For my nose, I consulted with Director Lee Byeong-hwe, and he honestly said it would probably be better not to do it, so that also made me trust him.
