Well, not only the consultation manager but also the director was kind, and everyone at the front desk was kind too. But it was honestly my first time seeing a place that holds the eye line with a toothpick, so I was so flustered. At another hospital, the director kept looking at my eyes and said eye correction wasn't necessary, but here they were saying it was almost better to do it, so I don't know which one is right.
