The facility looked really good. I filled out a questionnaire before seeing the director, so I thought they were well organized, but before the director even had time to look at the paper, we went straight into the consultation, and I was like, huh? The consultation was thorough and they answered every question well. The only thing was that they seemed a bit tired, so I felt slightly self-conscious, but they shaped the line well and answered everything nicely.
