I had a consultation with Director Kim Ho-gil for revision eyelid surgery. It was early in my hospital-shopping phase, so this was the first time I received a detailed explanation about the structure and condition of my eyes. The director was very kind and gave me a really thorough consultation over a long period of time. The staff director was also very kind, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit. It was one of the hospitals I had kept in mind until the final decision, but there were unexpectedly not many reviews about the director so I ended up choosing another place. Still, the consultation left a really strong impression.
