This is the place I went to twice before for semi-permanent eyebrow makeup. The people who do the procedure are a bit older, but they shape the design exactly how I want and they’re professional. Maybe because many Japanese customers come here, there are a lot of Japanese people. I’m also looking into semi-permanent scalp makeup, and the price is similar to other places.
