The director was kind, but I think the consultation managers are the problem at any hospital. Here too, the consultation manager overstepped into the conversation I was supposed to have with the doctor, was rude when I asked questions, and felt commercial. I heard the doctors here are skilled, but my mood was spoiled from the start. And I visited 6 places, and every consultation manager said they had worked in this industry for over 10 years and were experts. It must be a standard line. Please, I want medical consultations to be with the doctor.
