The wait was extremely long ㅠㅠ... And maybe there was some mix-up, because we were supposed to do toning and Shurink, but they finished after only one treatment, so I asked what was going on, and it turned out the clinic had forgotten to do it. They only told me to wait, and didn't apologize at all for their mistake, and instead asked me whether I hadn't paid... The front-desk staff member alone was rude, and after checking, another staff member apologized on their behalf... Then I had to wait another 40 minutes before the next procedure. I was really annoyed, but the doctor was so kind that I was very satisfied with the procedure itself.
