It was my first nose surgery, so I went there after seeing a nose that looked good around me, but the result was just so-so. They shaved down the hump and only used ear cartilage for the tip. The sizes of my left and right nostrils were different and I wasn't satisfied, so I went somewhere else and had revision surgery with silicone inserted.
