I visited here through a referral for my daughter’s double eyelid surgery. We came in not knowing anything at all at first, so I was worried we might get overcharged, but unexpectedly the doctor was kind and explained everything in detail. To get the double eyelid she wanted, an epicanthoplasty was needed, but he said only a little would be enough, and many people do something called eyelid correction, but her eyes did not need it at all. I liked that he emphasized that even if another place recommends it, there is no need to do it. There wasn’t a separate consultation manager; a nurse handled it. She wasn’t particularly friendly, but not rude either, and she just answered the questions from the doctor’s consultation and gave the estimate. It was the first place we consulted, but I had a very good impression. The only disappointing thing was that he wasn’t a board-certified specialist, just a general physician. If not for that, I would have decided right away, but that point made me hesitate, so I’m continuing to consult at other places.
