I went to this place first after getting a recommendation from an acquaintance while looking for a hospital for revision double-eyelid surgery, but it was a little different from the reviews and from my acquaintance's recommendation, so I was disappointed I don't know if the director was busy that day or just tired... I didn't really feel either kindness or expertise. They did pinpoint exactly what could be done just by looking at my eyes, but the explanation felt a bit lacking. The manager, though, was really kind and gave me a very good consultation, so I left satisfied. This is the first place where I felt warmer toward the manager than toward the director.
