The degree of sagging was severe and the nasolabial folds were deeply etched, so I thought I wouldn't get proper results from a procedure, and this time I gathered my courage and had a facelift and fat grafting to the nasolabial area. If I had only done a procedure, I don't think I could have gotten results like this, but honestly I look 10 years younger, so I think I made the right choice by going with surgery.
