I visited after learning about it through a friend's introduction and had a consultation. I trusted their expertise after comparing before-and-after photos and went ahead with the surgery. Later, because of my keloid-prone skin, the surgical marks swelled up noticeably, so I had revision surgery. It improved compared to before, but the scar marks seem like they can't help but show.
