By my standards it is a factory-style place, but it's also a little different from a real fully factory-style one. First of all, they verify that the products are genuine and the amount is correct, so among factory-style places it had the best botox effect. And the doctor had a pretty good sense!! I haven't tried filler, but the reviews from people around me are good.
