I visited 4 to 5 times. Every time I went, both the front desk staff and the consultation staff were unfriendly. Since it’s a factory-like clinic, I didn’t expect much sincerity in the procedure either, but as expected, there was none. While getting laser hair removal, they carelessly lowered the eye covering so my eyes were just exposed, and I thought my eyes were going to burn. Not once, but twice ㅎㅎ It feels like they do this on purpose. Even though I was the one getting the treatment and trying to cover my eyes, they still wouldn't hand it to me and when I tried to hold it by hand, they moved it away twice, then put it down in such a sloppy way. Especially the coordinator during consultation was the peak of unpleasantness. I was going to pay by check, and the nursing assistant at reception told me to wait a moment and then asked the coordinator. After a while, the coordinator came out with the vibe that this hospital was her own place, with a tone like, 'Who are you? Who dares to pay by check?' and suddenly called my name. She started off in a scolding tone with, 'This one~~~,' and I really thought I was being scolded. At that moment, the feeling I got was something like, 'You don't even have a card? (I said I wanted to use a check because I didn't have cash.) Are you some kind of credit delinquent? Since you're a credit delinquent, I can scold you,' more or less that kind of 분위기. I wasn't expecting an apology or anything, but I also didn't expect to be scolded so harshly by the coordinator, so I got really angry and paid by card right away. They took the card in a really rude way too and handed it back with one hand.
