Since this was my very first procedure in my life, I cautiously tried lip-corner Botox. I thought it wouldn't make much of a difference, and as expected, it didn't make a huge difference. If you want it to look obvious, it would probably work well if you combine it with filler. Still, it's not completely ineffective, just that when I tense the corners of my mouth, they lift a little more.
