I had fraxel treatment at another clinic too, but I didn't really see much effect, so I got treated here again. It seems the doctor has since moved to another clinic, but Director Choi Young-jae performed the treatment very carefully and recommended the treatments I needed (it didn't feel pushy). And since I'm sensitive to pain, I need the anesthetic cream on for a long time, but it was possible to keep it on for an hour. The staff weren't especially kind, but they weren't rude either. As a side note, I like the feel of the cleansing milk here so much that I want to buy the same one.
