Even though I had a reservation, the waiting time was fairly long. The clinic seemed pretty large, and there looked to be many treatment rooms, but the staff seemed so busy and the overall atmosphere was a bit chaotic, so I think you should leave yourself plenty of time before going. That part was a little disappointing, but they still gave the Botox more carefully than I expected, so overall it was okay. It seems like a decent clinic to go to for a simple procedure.
