The doctor came out during surgery to do the consultation, and the hospital was chaotic and not well organized, which I could understand, but the consultation manager was this big, pouty older woman who looked like a mukbang YouTuber, and she was so rude it was absurd. The doctor was kind. The consultation manager acted like she was the boss of the clinic and lorded over patients. She said it would be done right away, but even if I went, I still had to wait at least an hour.
